Job Responsibilities

    Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

    Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot issues with patience and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.

    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

    Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system for future reference.

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.

    Stay up to date with company policies, products, and service offerings to provide accurate support.

Qualifications

    Fluency in German language written and spoken (mandatory)

  2. 2

    Experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar role (optional)

  3. 3

    Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  4. 4

    An ability to handle challenging situations and de-escalate conflicts effectively

  5. 5

    Critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to customer concerns

  6. 6

    Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and standard office applications

    Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills
